If you don’t take good care of your customers, then it’s going to be that much easier for your competitors to take them from you.

Of course, this is not to say that you should spend all your time putting your business under a microscope. In reality, the best thing that you can do for your business is to keep a solid balance between keeping an eye on the little details and taking a broader, more generalized look at your business as a whole.
